My husband and I retired before we were 50 me at 47 him at 49 life is absolutely amazing! We have more time to exercise, more time to just simply sit and relax. Read books, and work in the garden. I can’t even begin to imagine working till 62.

Great info! Do you plan on traveling to other parts of the world or just SEA?

I retired two years ago at 53 and have zero regrets. We still have our health at this age and can check things off our bucket list that we would be unable to do in our 60's.

I got laid off in March at 53 years old after working for 30 years. I wasn't planning on retiring, but since nobody will hire me now, I guess I'm retired.

I have 44 days until my retirement ! Can't wait ! I just turned 45 and my husband just turned 50. We are pretty sure that we're fine financially . I just feel like I need to do things while my body still works because I'm already in pain half the time lol. The worst thing that could happen is we come back and we go back to work.

I am a week away from turning 42, and I have been working towards the goal of retiring at 50! I 100% agree with you 😊

I retired at 52 with no regrets so far, I reached a point where time was worth more than money.

Hi. I’m so glad to watch this video. I am from the Philippines. And just like you I retired at the age of 48, after working 28 years as an operations manager in a company. I listed down my expenses, I planned and followed my heart. I am now on my 3rd month of retirement. Doing slow things. Enjoying a whole life of freedom. Thanks for sharing your thoughts in this video😊 good luck and be safe always.
