We took our Royal Enfield Super Meteor 650 on its most brutal test yet—a massive 610 KM non-stop journey from the scorching heat of Gurgaon all the way to the freezing mountains of Keylong. This wasn’t just a regular ride. It was our first-ever overnight bike ride, riding through the pitch-black highway with my wife Poonam handling the extreme cold as a pillion. We started at 6:00 PM in 45°C heat and rode continuously for 18 grueling hours, arriving in Keylong at 12:00 noon the next day to a freezing 6°C. Along the way, we shattered our channel's previous long-distance record of 520 KMs (which we set during our Ujjain to Jaipur ride). Ladakh is not just a destination; it is an experience.
