These Calipers Don’t Belong on a ZX-10R! Brembo GP4-MS Billet Calipers + Fren Tubo Carbon Lines!

If you have been following along with the series, you have probably checked out our video playlist and noticed that our aftermarket parts list is growing fast. From the full titanium Termignoni SBK exhaust system and WRS double bubble clear windscreen to the aggressive LighTech rearsets, every modification is focused on stripping away unsprung weight and maximizing performance. In our previous episodes, we went all-in on suspension upgrades, outfitting the bike with an Ohlins TTX GP KA 468 rear shock and a set of Ohlins FGRT 237 front forks. In this episode, we dedicated the entire build segment to the braking system, a major focal point for this Kawasaki ZX-10R project. The factory rubber brake lines were simply not going to cut it, especially when setting up an optimal, track-ready brake package. Up front, we installed a set of Brembo GP4-MS billet Monoblock calipers, which have become a true Motomillion signature upgrade across our superbike builds. To complement the front setup, we paired them with a Brembo billet axial nickel-plated rear caliper. We did not stop at the calipers, though. We also installed a set of custom carbon braided brake lines from Fren Tubo specifically tailored for the 2026 Kawasaki ZX-10R. These lines offer incredible lever feel, eliminate line expansion under heavy braking, and serve as the absolute cherry on top for this round of high-performance upgrades.
