  1. There are different stereotypes for white guys, but the one portrayed here is of a nerdy, sensitive, suburban white guy who gets walked all over by his wife and kids. The stereotype of the black guy is a common one of an old school macho street-savvy guy who doesn&apos;t take crap and expects certain gender roles. <br><br>2. As for the soap thing, many white people lather up the soap with their hands and wash themselves with their hands, as you know. As a white guy from Louisiana, for whatever reason it was common for us to do like black people an use wash cloths. You wet a small towel and lather up the soap in the towel and wash with the towel. It keep the soap clean, it scrubs better and exfoliates your skin. I never knew other people didn&apos;t do this until I was older.
