I need for folks to remember that was skit #1 of S1E1. This blew everyone's mind when it came out on CC. This set the tone for what to expect from Chappelle and he never disappointed

As an African American this probably was the best comedy sketch EVER!!! <br>We also have to add In Living Color to the genre.

Hate speech, rightly or wrongly, is free speech. Also, hate crimes are illegal because they are actions that are preformed. Simply being a member of a hate group is not illegal.

Saying it out loud isn’t a hate crime. Committing a crime against a person or people and saying stuff like that could upgrade it to a hate crime. But words alone are not illegal here
