I think we could see Cyborg Superman and The Eradicator in Man of Tomorrow. The Cyborg working for Lex and Eradicator working for Brainiac. Then in the third act they both switch sides. Eradicator finds out brainiacs been lying to him about Krypton so switches sides to help Supes and Lex and the side cyborg either decides it has more in common with brainiac or maybe gets hacked by brainiac

Superman/Batman: Public Enemies adaptation.... yes please! That may be my favorite Supes and Bats team up story in the comics (the animated version was great too and true to the comic). I really want to see the friendship dynamic between them played out in live action.
