  This is her singing about her marriage break down- I think she was married to the blonde guy. This reminds me of being a child in the 1970’s my parents used to play ABBA at their house parties.

  ABBA wrote over 100 songs in the ten years the two couples were together and they both ended up divorced!  If you listen to their music you will see the ups and downs they experienced but their music is beautiful and you find yourself loving their music!

  My apologies for being 6 days late, but I just now noticed this reaction existed. This is the only ABBA song where Agnetha&apos;s vocal sounds almost shrill (final chorus only). I detest &quot;shrill&quot; singing. But that&apos;s precisely what makes this song and this vocal performance so jolting, gut-wrenching, and heart-breaking--and perfect. The death of a love is a shrill experience, and it&apos;s not very often a singer can create that kind of painful emotion and make a listener feel it by vocal tone alone. Absolute perfection. (Ann Wilson of Heart also pulled this off during the painful &quot;wail&quot; in the second chorus of Alone. So few singers can do that. And I&apos;ll always had mad respect for it.)
