It’s a fact that in theaters when rocky and Apollo were trying to get up, many people were literally on their feet screaming and yelling at the screen as if it were a real fight, then when rocky won people went ballistic, many were crying and others were high fiveing and hugging complete strangers, that’s how u know Stallone wrote and directed a great sequel, probably one of the top five sequels ever made imo

“Yo Adrian, I did it” One of the greatest lines in moviedom. Rocky proved to himself that he wasn't just another bum from the neighborhood. Winning gave him a sense of self-worth and accomplishment.

I don’t like comparing Rocky 1 and Rocky 2. It’s just one movie with a really long intermission. <br><br>This was such a sweet genuine reaction.

Over 80% of Rocky 2 has no boxing in it. And people still say they don't want to watch a movie about 2 men hitting each other. What a shame. They're missing out.

No one who has ever seen these movies will forget Carl Weathers and his charismatic portrayal of Apollo Creed. In that sense Carl Weathers lives forever in our hearts

The kids made that scene so much better. They weren't supposed to run with him, but once they started the rest followed, and they left it in. <br>That's great movie making.

Rocky Balboa is the greatest movie character of all time. <br>Don’t let anyone talk you into skipping any of them. They all paint one picture, and it’s beautiful.

Rocky 2 always hits me the hardest with his struggles and the best fight of the series with a majestic music score during it.
