The workbook I mentioned in this video is out now as The Health Essentials Guide! 🎉 It's literally designed for exactly what this video is about: making healthy eating feel super doable, not overwhelming: https://www.hannahmalu.com/healthessentialsguide

Really love your approach on these topics, it's realistic for those of us who have busy lives and get lazy once they're home!

THISS. It can be so simple. My go to's are :

Egg whites x5
Cottage cheese
Chicken breast
Protein yoghurt
Salmon
Tuna
Frozen mixed vegetables (make 3 days worth)
Bananas/Fruits
Ice cream/chocolate for fun foods (15% of my daily foods)
Cheese

Etc...

All the overweight people I know who struggle losing weight have an issue with getting bored easily and wanting to be mentally stimulated by every meal and making elaborate shite that requires hours to do with so much equipment and then I'm like thinking: well no wonder you're exhausted and ordering junk by the end of the day...

A trick that works for me to eat more vegetables (and for my husband to eat them too _especially that last part_) is to make a universal base for vegetable soups. I use onion, leek, celery, carrot, etc. I cook it, blend it, and freeze it in 250 g portions. When you want a vegetable soup, put the base from the container into a pot, add the vegetables you want (or any leftovers you have at home), and cook for 8 to 15 minutes. I also use a universal spice mix to season the soup. Then blend it, add cream, yogurt, or olive oil plus the toppings you like, and it’s ready. For me, 250 ml of base makes about 1 liter of soup, and it saves me a lot of time.

Another trick is to have one jar of spices for each thing (homemade).

Another one is to season salmon portions with salt and pepper, wrap them in foil, and put them in the freezer. When you want salmon, take one packet (better if you defrost it the day before, but it’s not required), put it in the air fryer for 15 minutes just like that, without unwrapping it, then open it and eat. It turns out super juicy and tender.

I also keep all kinds of bags of vegetables in the freezer and boiled eggs in the fridge, but you already said that.

Your videos are really helpful. I too tried intermittant fasting and found it hard to do, got really hungry. Then I saw your video and stopped. Most of the information out there is a about male physiology.

A few month later I had bloodwork done and my fasting glucose is only 68mg/dl so I definitely need a breakfast.

I will plan for an emergency meal something I like to eat that's high protein.
