Such maturity in someone so young is refreshing. You've learned to not get caught up in the superficial. Still waters run deep. Brava!

0:53 “You can’t rise and elevate yourself in your life while reaching down and looking in the past” omg that is so true. You will drag your mental health down into the pits of hell.

It’s so true. These types of people feed off your emotionality. They thrive on your reaction. They love to see you in tailspin, desperate to prove yourself.

It's evil versus good. Dark versus light. Bad people trying to bring a good person's energy down to their level. Misery loves company.

You're right as always but it's really hard not fantasizing about proving yourself to people. I have to remind myself over and over again that these energy vampires love my reactions and they hate my indifference and apathy. I also have to stop gaslighting myself thinking they were just forgetful or busy or careless. They did it on purpose. Always.

Gracie is literally the best advice giver in my opinion. It’s so much better to listen to someone who talks in a normal tone instead of someone screaming in your face 😭

Most people aren’t your enemies, they are your teachers. Period 💅🏾

Walk away, not in hatred but in clarity. When you hit your 30s, you tend to find out who REALLY has your back. Imo

Yes, karma will always catch up to the people who have wronged you. Excellent video.

Powerful advice! However I do disagree with one tiny point: in my experience, a lot of nasty people actually have plenty of friends, but they’re often surrounded by people with the same low standards, negativity, and unkind behavior. This is definitely something I need to work on in myself, because even though I’m not planning revenge, I still let them live rent-free in my head more than I’d like. Thank you for the reminder and for your insight. Also, it sounds like your mother had a positive influence on you, which is beautiful to see for those of us who didn’t grow up with parents like that.
