  I really get so many red flags from the fact that so many of her friends had her stuff after she disappeared and all of them are like, &quot;Oh she asked me to hold on to this for her.&quot; Either she got really generous that day or they&apos;re lying. That&apos;s my two cents

  If we accept that Trenny was seen leaving the trail and before this had been walking fast, overtaking people etc, then maybe it was something as simple as her needing to take a pee and trying to find a spot where nobody could see.

  I graduated from the same high school as her in 2017. It&apos;s important to mention the sheriff of Knoxville in 1976 was Joe Jenkins who would later be convicted of multiple crimes and was friends with notorious Knoxville drug king pin Don Walker. Also the Governor of Tennessee at the time was a man by the name of Ray Blanton. Who would later be convicted of selling pardons for cash to convicted felons. So Knoxville and Tennessee at the time was considered the Wild West. I fully believe this led to the botched investigation in her disappearance. Sadly the case could have been solved if more competent people were in charge. This case is probably going to haunt me for the rest of my life... For the reasons I provided

  I wonder if Trenny was a smoker. Seems like she was more rebellious than the parents were willing to admit. Trenny walks off the trail to smoke gets lost or gets lured in the wrong car?
