  This show will always be special to me. While my mother was losing her battle with cancer, she became bored. Dying slowly is a boring business if you didn’t already know. Anyway, while sitting with her one day, she made the comment that she’d become painfully bored watching the same shows while in bed. I’d asked her if she had seen Lost. She hadn’t. So we watched Lost together. It took several weeks. After it was all over she thanked me for sharing it with her. She enjoyed it and wasn’t bored for the whole time it took for us to get through it. This was a good video. Thank you for making it

  For myself it was the Season 1 revelation where Locke was in a wheelchair and shouting, "Don't tell me what I can't do!" that really sold me on this show. Not many shows can truly surprise me like that scene. Thanks for this, Mr Fine. Cheers, mate!

  I'm pretty sure Kate was pretending not to know how to use a gun in the pilot and that's how it was planned, as opposed to a retcon explanation after the fact. She was playing sweet and innocent at first so nobody would suspect her of being the fugitive.

  LOST was the first show that I got to experience from beginning to end as it aired. I grew up without cable and would catch various episodes of various TV shows on reruns when they&apos;d hit syndication, or when a relative or family friend would give us VHS tapes of shows they had recorded for us.<br>.<br>During the airing of the final season I worked at Blockbuster and I had rigged the Gaming TV with a digital receiver so I could take my lunch when the episode aired. <br>.<br>Pretty soon the customers started joining me and for the last half of the final season, we had LOST parties at Blockbuster, with promotions and LOST inspired trivia games for Blockbuster prizes like unlimited rentals for a month.<br>.<br>Not only did I bring in a lot of business for my store, but the community experience was one of a kind and one I will never experience ever again.

  Never understood how people can think they were all always dead since the crash. The finale was crystal clear. Listen to his dead in the church. Everything they did on the island really happened.

  Man, this was such an event in its day. Me and my friends would literally plan our week around it so we could get together to watch the latest episode - it was always a social night. &nbsp;Then you&apos;d talk about it with workmates the next day. &nbsp;For all its advantages, streaming has killed that element of social glue that TV was so good at providing.
