I’ve been calling out Magician since day one. Everything about them screamed shady: no faces, no real company info, no accountability. Just hype, pre-orders, and silence.
When I started asking questions, they didn’t answer, they sent me a fake cease-and-desist and even posted it publicly like a joke. 🤡
But here’s where things get crazy…
After connecting all the dots, there’s real evidence that TailHappyTV, the same influencer hyping Magician — might actually be running or linked to the company itself. 👀
The receipts are insane.
Watch closely, because what you’re about to see could expose one of the biggest influencer scandals this industry’s ever seen.

Other channels have reviewed the bike. Does that mean TailHappy sent them the bike? Told them to only give good reviews? There are multiple videos with different color bikes.

QUESTION: I saw a video about a bicycle company that make their own bicycles, and sell their own brand of ebicycle that you can take on a plane with the battery. Though their prices are high, they are a family owned business. Have you heard of them and did a video of their bicycles?

I just figured happy tails was always financially well off. It is true though bafang screens us before giving us access to different controller software, they make us send in pictures of our bikes we are designing. The besst tool doesn't really allow alot of functionality though, only basic parameters. bafang has to send you modified firmware to flash to your controller to change anything "serious" like a high top speed or higher amp output.

Regardless - I bought my Magician Alpha mini last month and am LOVING this bike!! The customer service has been fantastic working through little issues that occurred during shipping. They’re polite, professional in their handling of the issues I had. This is our 3rd e-bike - EBC (Model R), Velotric Breeze, and now the Magician Alpha Mini. The build quality of the Alpha Mini is superb and compares favorably with Velotric and EBC Brands.

Since this video I've seen maybe 10 reviews of this bike. All by people that have great reputation and integrity. So are they all wrong?

Ask me about the issues I've had with my 1st edition Alpha & the lengths Magician went to to correct them.

I think what she says about Tail Happy TV is ridiculous on all the levels!
That said, I did purchase the magician Alpha mini. It really seems to be a great bike.

My issue with their company is that it came with absolutely NO information about the display. In other words, no information on how to operate the bike!

THERE ARE PROBABLY VARIOUS COMBINATIONS OF BUTTON PRESSES TO OPEN MENUS FOR SETTINGS

BUT THERE IS NO OBVIOUS METHOD TO A NEW OWNER AVAILABLE.

I wrote to them requesting an owner's manual. They replied that there is no owners manual but I could review the display manual at their website.

I went to their website and searched for the display manual and their website says there is no such thing. No manual of any kind.

Furthermore, when you read about the warranty, it says warranty claims will not be honored if one does not FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS IN THE OWNER'S MANUAL.

Now that's a huge problem when in fact THEY SAY THEY DO NOT HAVE AN OWNER'S MANUAL!

HOW THE HELL AM I GOING TO FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS OF THE OWNER'S MANUAL IF THERE IS NO OWNERS MANUAL?

In my opinion the lady in this video sounds like a total nut case, and imagination at work... But still yet the magician company gets the rating of 100% jackass from me at this juncture. 😮

IT CAME WITH EVEN LESS INFORMATION THAN MY STUPID SMARTWATCH WHICH OF COURSE THE INFORMATION ONLINE WAS EASILY ACCESSIBLE BUT NOT FOR THIS CRAPPY ASS BIKE COMPANY ... MAGICIAN

What sort of idiot is going to say - We won't honor your warranty if you don't follow the instructions in the owner's manual. Oh and by the way there is no owner's manual!!! ROFL

.
