  I’m honestly glad I came across your channel and saved myself from buying an eBike from any brand that doesn’t honor their warranties and such.<br><br>It’s disappointing and shameful. If they actually do take care of their customers, then maybe I’d consider putting money down for one of their products. <br><br>Thanks for keeping it real.

  Thank you EL for all you do!!! Thats the problem with buying direct to consumer,your on your own. Most lbs&apos;s won&apos;t even work on them.I think its smart to spend a little more and buy from a local bike shop!!! Cheers All!!!

  I saw battery prices for Ariel Rider Kepler and Magicycle.. Same batteries for $700 plus.. I ordered one that has preformed flawlessly for months that was only $450. Same battery and cells. Actually my battery has a better &nbsp;design with a more solid case and camw with the mounting and keys.

  Whew, I &nbsp;came very close to purchasing one years ago. &nbsp;My choices of my first ebike was the Magicycle cruiser, &nbsp;Ariel Rider kepler, and the Philodo H7. &nbsp; I chose the Philodo and have continued to enjoy their ever growing line of constantly improved ebikes. &nbsp;At first I thought that I was taking a little risk by not choosing one of the other two. &nbsp; &nbsp;Keep people informed and alert with your content, &nbsp;EL.

  I have a 2024 wired freedom, I&apos;m 70 years old and living in Nashville on the third floor the motor gave out and when I took the motor apart it was destroyed wired refused to back their product.

  Purchased 1 a bunch of years back, battery died, was a pain to get a new one but eventually did. Because the battery was embedded inside the downtube I had the LBS re-install it &amp; got Magicycle to reimburse me for it... Guess I timed it right???
