  Btw there is an app in China from the train company where you can order warm meals, snacks, and drinks from various restaurants who are close to your train's next train station stops. The restaurant will  hand over your items to the train employee who will then bring it to your seat on the train. Comfort level 9000 and great for small businesses. Edit: Oh I see Hasan already found out about it 😊

  My kid forgot his 3DS in that train last month.<br>We called and the crew took care of getting it back to Nanjing the next day.

  50,000km of high speed railways is, unironically, a mark of civilisation. If I was an alien visiting Earth that would be the place I&apos;d assume was the leading culture on the planet and, therefore, the people to initiate first contact with.

  I&apos;m Aussie. When I rode the Chinese HSR, it was so insanely smooth to me, I put a 50 cents AUD coin on the table for like 30 minutes standing up. It did even fall over once.<br><br>It was insane because the train was moving so fast that it could travel through an area where it&apos;s raining and glisten into a sunny area and be back into a raining area before the train dried off.<br><br>Biggest shock and vibration was when the train went into tunnels. Something to do with the air pressure probably.
