I'm a Manufacturing Engineer that was involved in the launch and implementation of industrial AGVs in an automotive factory. The safety factor was not an issue, but there were so many other stupid problems. We had to tint all of the windows in the plant because the sun would cause issues with the cameras identifying false obstructions. <br><br>The biggest problem would be a piece of trash in the way or cardboard, shipping materials, etc inside the zone of obstruction that wasn't really in the way. They would just sit there and keep until someone moved the shred of cardboard. <br><br>Get ready for gridlock due to a piece of shredded tire laying across the white line, or a truck making dangerous maneuvers because a bird 💩 on one of its cameras. It will happen.

It almost seems as if the billionaires want to get rid of 80% of humans so they don't have to pay them in any way (benefits, holiday pay, unemployment when let go, etc.) They can live in an world uncluttered by demanding people. We will become disposable!
