It's not an adult joke, but it took me until about two years ago to realise the names of the fairies in Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask. Tatl and Tael. Tatl Tael. Tattletail. Because they tell you about monsters' weaknesses and such.

What about the joke in Space Quest 4 where you're reading the Space Quest 4 hint book:<br>"Q: My computer has a 5.25" drive and this game comes in 3.5" only. How can I get a bigger disk?<br>A: So far, there are no good methods. Don't fall for ads depicting miracle methods such as "pumps," hormone pills or injections. The one that got me was the subtitle for Donkey Kong Country 2, "Diddy's Kong Quest" For years I thought, shouldn't it be "Diddy Kong's Quest?" Then I became an adult and realized that "Kong Quest" was a pun on Conquest.
