O degrees celsius ins actually 32 degrees fahrenheit. O degrees fahrenheit is -17 degrees celsius. So quite a bit difference there in temperature when it comes to potential hypothermia. LOL. I am prepping as well for Mt Fuji so your temperature estimates took me aback because what to wear at summit is quite different.

How was the heatech as baselayer? My experience is that it is good, but when you do aerobic exercise you tend to sweat. Also you should have a wind jacket to support in layering.
