  Old man here. <br>Ninja 650.<br>4 years old....nothing other than lube chain, and change oil.<br>Great sport touring rig with aftermarket bars.

  Honda Shadow 2004 a great bike and never had a lick of problem with her my only complaint was the motor, i hate twins and prefer &nbsp;my inline 4 on my old 78 Suzuki GS 750, she just purred and ran like a dream, i loved the ride on the shadow but that racket, loved the sound &nbsp;just cruising but freeways were a screaming knucklehead about to blow

  My 2004 Road Star Silverado 1700 has 100,000 on the clock &amp; has never seen the shop. I&apos;ve done brakes, tires, oil, batteries, all the maintenance when it&apos;s needed &amp; it&apos;s never let me down. Road Star was tanked in 2016 because Yamaha never made any money beyond the original sale, the bike was just too good. There&apos;s plently of solid, low mile used Silverado&apos;s out there &amp; parts are easily found North America wide. The bike has the power for 2 up, loaded cruising &amp; still carves the corners 1up &amp; empty. Many will disagree I&apos;m sure but, it has been a solid bike for me for 22 years now &amp; I&apos;m not alone.

  another great machine was the XR class from Honda i had a 1985 XR350R, bought my son a 2001 Honda XR250R and a new to me 2004 XR400R in 2006 and both were run for life machines.

  My ‘98 Harley 883 and ‘06 1200C Sportsters were both trouble free. I rode just over 56 miles each way to work and back on the larger Sportster and the 883 had 70,000 miles when I sold it. Much better than the AMF year bikes of the ‘70s when I was in High School. <br><br>My favorite bikes were the 4 cylinder UJM’s of the ‘70s and ‘80s but always wanted a Harley. My last bike was a ‘16 Road King. It just ended up being to heavy as I hit my 60s and health went downhill… my the road
