  Love the idea of getting the party out and about by meeting Dwern.  I was thinking of actually providing the party with his name as a contact...they are heading to the keep because there's a guy named Dwern that needs an adventuring party's help with a task.  Maybe they let the gatehouse guards know this and they send them to the inner keep entrance or direct them to the outerkeep and let them know that they will let Dwern know and he comes to meet them at the tavern or inn that night...

  Wonderful overview of the starter set. I especially appreciate the tips on delaying rumors and side quests from NPCs while still alluding that the players services will be needed in the near future. <br><br>What’s great about the keep is a I plan on throwing in other NPCs from starting adventures, so Gundren Rockseeker might make an appearance at the keep instead of Neverwinter, for example, allowing PCs to build a relationship and hook into the next adventure. Place the next adventure’s starting McGuffin in the Caves of Chaos so that they have something pulling them immediately after the keep celebration. Looking forward to your next video!

  I’m enjoying your tips videos very much! I’m new to D&amp;D and TTRPG’s and picked up the starter set because I thought it would be a better/more fun way to learn the game than just reading the guidebooks. I’m wanting to use the starter set to piece together a story I can run with some friends. Your ideas and tips are very helpful! Thanks!!

  Dude, thank you so much for this video!! I&apos;ve DM&apos;d for a bit, but I really struggle without an overarching story to riff off and/or make my own. It&apos;s super helpful for me to hear you kinda lay out potential ways to spur the PCs into various adventure paths. I cannot wait for the Caves video. Any chance you could do a comprehensive DM tips video about the entire campaign combined? Anyway, loved this!!! THANK YOU!!!!
