  I can't believe they had the audacity to ask you to do the last minute tour and still not accept your appeal. They're literal criminals, using students as free labour. Student guides are always paid in other universities. They clearly used you at the end, getting your hopes up of the appeal getting accepted if you did the tour. Despicable staff, I hope they get what's coming to them.

  Listen don't be so hard on yourself.  I got dismissed from 2 schools and finally graduated from my third and am in my 2nd year of residency in general surgery.  if you are still passionate about medicine, keep moving forward.  there are schools like st James and AUSOMA that will easily take you.

  I almost got dismissed from my med school back in 2009. I can only tell you, as someone who almost failed in this "medical education" system to eventually having worked in the field for 9 years now, a lot of med schools these days are just out of touch with the reality and practice in medicine. Like literally you don't even need to learn the 90% stuff you were taught in med school in order to be great doctors. It's a disconnected and corrupt system that sucks a lot of money out of students who aspire to be in medical field working.

  I'm sorry this happened to you. It's so sad that medical schools talk so much about the virtue of compassion yet your school didn't seem to show any toward you in this situation. I honestly believe that everything happens for a reason, and I know God has better plans for you. This could be a blessing in disguise, mark my words. Keep your head up.

  I’m watching three years after you’ve posted this. I’m not and will never be a medical professional. My life for the past 5 years, especially the last year has been spent being a patient, in and out of hospitals for various serious problems that are currently getting dealt with. <br><br>What I’ve learned being a patient is that medical professional can have all the knowledge in the world, but if at the end of the day they’re not emotionally empathetic, compassionate and kind to their patients, they’re not really great at being a proper medical professional. I feel like you have all these qualities, just from what I’ve seen here. I wish you all the very best on journey and I hope you become the greatest doctor ever.

  This is so insane, it’s like hearing a movie! I’m incredibly sorry you had to go through all of that. You should not have been treated that way and this entire situation could’ve been handled so much differently. Stay strong beautiful, you will achieve your dreams and goals!   Thank you for being transparent about your journey. I was also kicked out of medical school in my first year and the failure was one of the hardest things to process. It took a while for me to deal with the situation let alone talk about it. Your video validated so much of the feelings I could never open up about.
