  What you are listening to is a group of musicians who are recognized globally as incredibly talented performing a song that is beloved by everyone who has heard it.  And they are enjoying every second of what they are doing.  This performance is a celebration - pure and simple.

  The video was the right choice on this occasion.It's joyous, and blends individuality with community. There is no-one like Peter. Huge respect for what he has done musically, especially his promotion of 'world music'. Still creative. He merits a deep dive when you have the time; his album 'So', arguably the highlight of an amazing discography. Glad you have featured him again.

  Also, that's not Youssou N'Dour in this live version. It's Papa Wemba with his band Molokai. N'Dour appeared on the original studio version.

  Seeing this concert in person, with everyone standing, singing and dancing along was amazing. I was down near the stage, dancing along, and one guy asked if I was part of the performance. I said no and said I was just so immersed in the moment that I was just reflecting the real performers.

  The masterclass fretless bass by Mr. Levin is a masterpiece all on its own.  The groove, the slides, phenomenal. You get lost in his groove and even the vocals disappear.
