  It was beautiful seeing you homeschooling your kids. Last year was my last of homeschooling our 6 kids after 28 years! I miss it so much! It was so busy and difficult, but I wouldn't trade it for anything. God bless you. You'll never regret it.

  Such an active morning schedule and in-between it all is finding time to exercise as well, thats so important.<br>kudos to you all for incorporating this lifestyle and curating it beautifully.

  Well, I guess it&apos;s a good thing that your older daughter loves milking also. &nbsp;Looks like with 2 cows to milk you just might have to give up that alone time but what a great time for the two of you to spend together.

  My Hubby and I are senior seniors :-) I am far past active gardening or homesteading, although we still have a few goats, chickens and ducks and manage to plant a cucumber and a tomato or two... I love watching these videos of young homesteaders with a house full of beautiful children and know they are being raised in the Lord. Just seeing your routines and schooling and that you tie in the Bible and the teachings in meaningful ways. God bless you and your family and know that I get to &quot;relive&quot; and experience &quot;firsts&quot; just by watching you in your day to day life, and I know that I am not the only one.

  A different, yet still egg heavy breakfast could be cottage cheese pancakes. My kids love them. 2 eggs, 1/2 cup cottage cheese, 1T flour or binder (I use oat flour) and you can top with anything.<br>Also try roasting your corn with the husks still one just trim any husk leaves that are really loose, toss in a 400 degree oven for 30 minutes. They turn out awesome and juicy since they steam in the husk.

  I&apos;ve had a freeze drier for 5 years and one thing that does really well is corn. 2 years ago, our local market had a sale on corn every Wednesday. So I stocked up. I froze some and I freeze dried some, blanching it first. We&apos;ve eaten all the frozen but still have a lot of the freeze dried. It&apos;s super easy to rehydrate and tastes just like fresh! Have fun with your new kitchen tool 🙂
