That tapped phone call after the bump when Donna tried to get Charlie to SHUT UP really demonstrated to me why law enforcement thought Donna was the mastermind instead of Charlie. I don’t think Charlie could mastermind a group order from Chipotle.

I knew it was Donna when Wendi called her from the station to tell her Dan was killed and Donna did not instantly ask about the kids. I’m a grandma; that would have been my first response.

Why would Donna go to Charlie’s after learning of Dan’s murder…?<br>Shouldn’t she be rushing to be with Wendy ?<br>There is no reason to be there other than to drop off the cash.

Emails, texts, phone recordings, stapled cash, whats apps, location data, witnesses, voicemails, etc etc. Nothing really incriminates her. Why tell Jeff "in confidence" she thinks Charlie hired a hitman? They were in a high conflict divorce and she wanted to move a long time ago. If your hated ex dies, do you have to live in the same town and pretend to be sad and devastated? If she stayed, everyone would say it's consciousness of guilt because she originally wanted to move and "she's only staying so she doesn't look suspicious". Also many people revert back to their maiden name in divorce. It's a no-win situation. I think the State doesn't have enough to charge her but want her guilty by media as punishment.

The sad part in all this case was a man lost his life for selfish reasons (inlaws didn't get what they wanted). Both boys have been put in the middle of all this mess

On me the whole cross on the I95 had the reverse effect… it made the defense seem desperate… crossing for many minutes on the I95 difference when there is a text proving she is at his house… grasping at straws. After the bump her saying “this tv is about five” puts me in the proven guilty column. No innocent explanation possible for that in my mind.
