  I’ve been working in the Maratime oil transportation industry since before the new sulfur regulations. The gradual reduction in sulfur wasn’t “over night “ it was incremental over years and it wasn’t a surprise to anyone. New fuel requirements and efficiency/ NOX requirements are planned out far ahead.

  We use in the fire service a similar device on our monitors( deck guns, ladder pipes). We call it a water straightener it takes the turbulence out of the water going thru the appliance reducing friction loss.

  I am convinced that the savings are minimal and do not justify the invested funds. However, with the change in the rules, a narrow circle of people (producers of those routers) &nbsp;make a big money. In the sense, give us money, it&apos;s for your own good!

  Excessive government over-regulation is why your prices keep going up. More government demands more of the profit means more bigger prices. It&apos;s pretty simple people.
