Just a few words into your caption and I'm misty eyed. One foot slogging in front of the other. Stage 4 cancer and these meds are awful but I have to keep going. Keep my head up. Keep fighting. It's exhausting. I am looking forward to pressing play tonight. Sweet dreams everyone.

I listened to this one and when I woke up this morning I didn’t feel anxious at all, when usually i get half a second when I wake up and then instantly it feels like my heart flips and the anxiety kicks in straight away, this morning was the first time in years and years that it didn’t happen!! Hands down, this is one of my favorite “ sleep meditation”. Woke up feeling rested & in a good headspace. Chib’s soothing voice & positive reinforcement made a difference. 🛏️🦋💤
