  The harness didn&apos;t malfunction, they wanted him to be able to unhook quickly so they attached him using a hook that wasn&apos;t made for humans. The WWE are completely at fault for it, they had a professional tell them that the latch was not safe and they ignored it. May Owen rest in peace, such a devistating story.

  witnessing a death in front of me would&apos;ve gave me nightmares but making sit through a whole show after witnessing a death would have me TRAUMATIZE

  Whenever I hear people talk about how wholesome TV and movies used to be versus today, I think about how early filmmakers were 100% cool with showing actors die (this video&apos;s example is far from the only one) and that crowds used to show up at executions to make a day of it.

  I heard the date at <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7L2RGS8SH98&amp;t=954">15:54</a> and my heart sank. Owen didn&apos;t deserve that at all, and it makes me sad that so many people reduce him &amp; his career to his preventable death.
