  I'm nonbinary and never understood why things are gendered in general. My little cousin once started crying because the dragon toy he wanted was "for girls" and I'm just standing there in confusion. The only "girly" thing about the toy was it was cute and in a pink plastic cage.

  My ex almost passed up the opportunity to have his dream car because it was white and "a white BMW is a girls' car," so not only do car colours have genders but cars also have genders, apparently 💁🏼‍♀️

  the autism test are different by gender!!! the orginal text is made for AMAB indiviuals and it made it really hard for AFAB people to get a proper dignois. it appears differently because of socital pressures to mask!!! <3

  My female AuDHD ass cannot go less than 30 minutes when complaining about the sexism in diagnosing autistic AFAB people. There are so many layers to bias and omg it makes me mad. <br><br>All autistic people deserve to know they are autistic so they can research what will help them best and feel comfortable. I say this as someone with sensory issues (I am Autistic and ADHD) who grew up my entire childhood NOT KNOWING. The amount of complex trauma that creates is horrifying.

  Autism tests should ALWAYS be done under supervision of a professional, because the real determining factor of an autism test is how you answer and react to the questions, not the actual answers. Like &quot;Do you like people?&quot; The usual non-ASD answer: &quot;yes&quot; or &quot;no&quot; the typical ASD answer: &quot;WHAT DOES THAT EVEN MEAN??? Sometimes I do like I like my bff, but a lot of people are bad and mean to me so I don&apos;t like them, but I think of the people I read about as people and I like them, so WHAT DO YOU MEAN???&quot; Meanwhile if it was an online quiz, someone socialized as typically afab may wait a long time and try to guess the right answer which they may conclude as &quot;yes&quot;, whereas if a typically socialized amab person may think that speople don&apos;t understand how they feel unless they react physically and think about it and say &quot;no&quot;, all because they couldn&apos;t ask to clarify the question of what it actually means.

  My first exposure to knitting came from a fantasy book I read as a child, where a solider comes home and knits scarves to thank his family. I thought it was the coolest thing. Now at almost 20 I crochet AND knit things to thank people in my life-and the idea that gender discriminates who gets to enjoy either the process of a handmade thing or the outcone is ridiculous. Enjoy the craft, the smiles, and the love that comes from it. That&apos;s what matters.

  <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7KC44ZrbQ18&amp;t=384">6:24</a> I get the opposite, since my audience on insta is mainly straight women they only like if I draw male characters and gay couples and when I drew women it was no where near as liked and lesbian couples are gross. <br>Besides also the hyper sexualisation of female couples, they&apos;re also treated as relationship that won&apos;t last and that eventually they&apos;ll find a guy. It&apos;s how my mom treated it that I just haven&apos;t found the right man

  <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7KC44ZrbQ18&amp;t=105">1:45</a> actually, autism does present differently in wlmen than in men, and therefore its important to have both. One of the reasons women were so badly underdiagnosed for autism is because they were using a one-size-fits-all approach based on research done on men and young boys.
