It's disturbing to hear all the ways in which I am not healed, but motivating to hear the ways in which I am.

Professional recognition is nice, but even without it, there is an indisputable fact that needs no proof - the thousands of people Sam has helped and continues to help. Over the past year or so, thanks in part to his book and videos, I have begun to get my life back. Thank you, Sam.

I have healed, but I went through some tough experiences to get here. A turning point came when I had to call for an ambulance in the middle of the night several years ago in the midst of a terrifying panic attack. I was OK. They released me from hospital after running some basic tests and ruling out heart issues or other events. Sent me home full of sedative.

In the weeks that followed, I had this weird sensation that my brain was changing. I no longer second-guessed everything I said or every decision I made. I started driving better; more confidence, less anxiety. I stopped being constantly apologetic. I didn't beat myself up after every social interaction and tell myself I was stupid. I didn't presume nobody liked me, but spoke to others assuming they saw me as any other adult. I began to "take up more space." Etc.

It was a long time getting there, but I'm glad I stuck it out.

According to this video, I'm mostly healed. Except for the part, crying whilst watching movies 😂 it's our tradition, maternal heritage.. You can't call it unhealthy 😂😂😂

You can heal even if it takes years. All this information is true. My biggest internal signal I’ve healed is even if he came back into my life and offered me a relationship, commitment, I’d say no. And mean it.

I just found your lectures today and I find you both entertaining and wonderfully informative. I may even have formed a new addiction to you and your presentations. I'll need to listen to each repeatedly in order to fully absorb your lessons. I think you have done a magnificent service to the general public by publishing these lectures. Thank you so very much🙏!

I’m so glad I’m on the right path, because it’s been a journey. What helped me was deciding I didn’t want to be stuck in limbo and wanted to my life back. I wanted to be free from the introject and weight of this experience. It took time to heal the wounds, work on myself and focus ALL of my energy, effort and attention on myself and my child, in a healthy way. I’m sending love to all of you going through this. Invest in yourself, you’re worth it! ❤

Sam..I have to say bravo for this one. I think it’s very positive how you mentioned that people who get entangled with narcissists are not victims is what everyone needs to hear. The narcissist is the victim of their own behavior. We are people who got caught in a situation, learned from it and are now moving on…no more no less.
