  I need Jacob Tierney to do a general management training for every single manager in the world because HOLY SHIT this man is spitting wisdom about healthy vs. abusive workplaces that they need to know. I&apos;m obsessed with this man and his passion for healthy, positive work environments

  Do you realize how good that sounds? Jacob is talking about the rights of workers and players, about creating safe working environments for workers and players. I hope there are more people like you. In an industry dominated by terrible people, what they say is like a lifeline, and it&apos;s genuinely sincere.

  Something incredible to me about Heated Rivalry is how we&apos;ve gotten to see so much of Jacob talking about his work and his choices. And to me, every time Jacob talks it is abundantly clear why HR is so good - it is all him! His thinking, his leadership, his treatment of the people who work with him, the fact that he seems like such a genuine and caring person.
