I own the 1700h and I think it's really good equipment. My criticism would be that the sheer number of sound formats and specific settings makes this device complicated to adjust and configure. You always want to fine-tune the settings, and you often end up just messing up the previous one. Denon should simplify all of this and should also provide simpler, better-written, and more explicit manuals.

It's my understanding that the new Cirrus Logic 32 bit 8 channel DAC is also going to come in above the SINAD of the 3700 - It's my understanding that it is a 13db increase in SINAD - If it benchmarks at that level - should come in around 111db SINAD, exceeding the 3700's 107db - Lets Hope!

All these other companies coming with new modern looks and denon is like Nah 🤦🏻<br><br>they could have even changed the front fascia it would have cost them peanuts
