  <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6_Oiqem0_c8&amp;t=369">6:09</a> The characters in this comic are fusions between the members of Pokémon&apos;s weather trio and the vocal synth characters Hatsune Miku, Kasane Teto, and Akita Neru. Miku was the first vocal synth to get popular under the Vocaloid branding (edited to add: she was also the first in their &quot;Character Vocal&quot; series), Teto was originally an April Fool&apos;s joke but later got her own actual voice banks, and Neru is purely a fan character that doesn&apos;t have her own voice at all but is well known enough to be featured in official stuff. The three together are often referred to as the Baka Squad in reference to the song Triple Baka, which is sung by Miku and Teto and whose music video shows Neru providing music by making beeps on a cell phone.<br><br>edited to add: Gumi is another vocal synth character commonly associated with Miku and Teto, and is fused with Deoxys in the comic. Thanks to the replies for pointing that out
