  Nice overview  - only cities I've been to are Beijing ,  Guangzhou , and Xi'an .  The size of the cities are so overwhelming , but really enjoyed seeing the architecture and  experiencing the city vibe .  Of the three , Guangzhou seemed a little more international in terms of visitors and shopping is excellent .

  Hello Lily, the content in your channel is great. It takes courage and intelligence to produce them. Teaching yourself Chinese is really impressive.<br>I live in Hong Kong and the food here is great indeed. But we don&apos;t have much wildlife and I love big cats like snow leopards.

  The matter of fact is that I can name 4 or 5 cities worth visiting for each province just because China is so big and with so much history. Want to see natural beauty? Go to Sichuan, Yunnan, Tibet, Guizhou, Guangxi. Want great food? Xinjiang, Gansu, Guangdong. Want to learn about the history of WWII in China? Go along the coastline.

  I enjoy watching &nbsp;your video. Hope you have a wonderful time in China. &nbsp;The charm of Shanghai is its inclusiveness and one can only experience that part when you are living there. &nbsp;Those tourists spots can easily be tiresome and locals tend to avoid those places once they become viral.

  Wuhan is also famous of cherry blossom. You must re-visit Wuhan at mid March.

  Thanks for the video. It is really enjoyable, genuine and interesting for such concise compaison. I am in HK and yes dim sum is amazing and the west meets east culture here is very fascinating. Hiking is a great thing here. &nbsp;You can check it out on dragon back hike and end at big wave bay for surfing and outlying island fishing island. The coming dragon boat festival on June 19 is huge in Stanley beach w fun after race party at the main street. &nbsp;I went to Yunnan inlcuding Kumming, the city of eternal spring and flowers and Lijing including the hike is amazing with abundance of flowers every where and coffee tea roses pasties, &nbsp;mushroom hot pot, and ancient tea trail culture is very interesting.

  I agree if you want to see China, Shanghai may not be the best place to go. &nbsp;However, if you like cities, Shanghai is a world class city like Paris, London and NewYork, but it is still affordable.
