  It&apos;s interesting Alex is wearing that shirt. &nbsp;He&apos;s credited as the one who confirmed that the five mother sauces are inaccurate. &nbsp;It came from an error in an English abridged translation but Escoffier&apos;s ten mother sauces didn&apos;t include hollandaise. &nbsp;The mother emulsion was mayonnaise.

  it&apos;s so cool that Frenchy&apos;s french ramen idea was actually executed by Alex himself in one of his videos. the man actually opened a pop up restaurant for his ramen series

  I personally don&apos;t care what kind of reactions y&apos;all do, react to reactions reacting to reactions. I&apos;m here because it&apos;s two entertaining and knowledgeable guys. If people have an issue they can make their own youtube chanel. Y&apos;all rock Brian and Frenchie!

  The absolute hatred of Peas is freaking hilarious. Sometime during Frenchies childhood Peas hurt him badly.

  If you are going to follow Alex, he had a great series on mastering making &quot;dried pasta&quot; from about a year ago!<br><br>The series was about 10 episodes and Alex actually travels to the makers of artisan pasta like &quot;Mono Grano&quot; and &quot;Benedetto Cavalieri.&quot; &nbsp;Then he attempts to duplicate their products.
