Brian is the founder and owner of Brooklyn’s Mission Sandwich Social and has built an audience of 275K+ across his primary digital platforms. His content combines professional culinary knowledge with entertainment, including collaborations with Guga Foods, comedian Eric André, Andrew Rea of Binging with Babish, and even the acclaimed intergalactic rockers GWAR. Outside the kitchen, Brian is the founder and guitarist of the New York metal band Loss Becomes.
