  There's more to Sable's story. If you talk to her every day, from time to time she'll mention the quilt that's on the wall. It was made by their mother, and Sable says that sometimes she wraps herself in it and it feels like her mum is giving her a hug again 😢

  There&apos;s actually an additional line from Seymour if you summon Anima during your final fight with him. He just gives a resigned &quot;Even you would turn on me?&quot; like &quot;Yeah, that tracks.&quot;

  What&apos;s even sadder about Leo is that he eventually admits he knows he&apos;s not a parrot, but it was easier to pretend than to remember his family.

  I forget if New Horizons covered this, but in Wild World, there’s a chance to learn about how apparently Sable and Nook used to be best friends growing up. She remembered back when he was an optimistic young entrepreneur with dreams of becoming an honest businessman, but moving to the city crushed him and turned him into the miser we know from the early games. It’s their past connection why Nook is so attached to the sisters.<br>Btw, what finally crushed Nook was being betrayed by his business partner, Redd, who robbed him blind and left him with nothing. He was forced to become everything he hated in his youth just to survive.

  Arven in Pokemon Scarlet/Violet starts out with a sad backstory that only gets progressively sadder throughout the events of the game. By the time the final boss fight happens, the player is already calculating how much of their money will be going to the years of therapy Arven is going to need after the credits roll.

  I&apos;ve never played any MGS game after the first, but even I could&apos;ve told you Laughing Octopus was broken without hearing about her backstory. &nbsp;First off, Kojima character. Secondly, no one that laughs that compulsively is right in the head.

  FFX, Seymour&apos;s mother is a bit messed up really. She not only sacrificed herself in front of her child, but she also would have known that the Summoners dies upon defeating Sin, killed by their Final Aeon... Meaning, she sent her child to death so that the world would accept him

  To be honest: everyone expected the Beauty and the Beast Unit to have traumatic backstories, because every Kojima character has a tragic or traumatic backstory.

  I&apos;m so surprised N from Pokémon Black and White wasn&apos;t in this video. His backstory is so dark, especially with how Ghestsis treated him in the second games 😭
