I love history. Facts, dirt, artefacts and more facts. That’s all I crave. HS2 has revealed archeology aplenty which is great. However It’s also revealed our government’s (both of them) continued disregard for the North. Spend money prioritising the South. For context, we don’t even have a bus through our village and the nearest shop is 4 miles away. So a fast train is illusory. Still it means our archeological sites in the North remain undisturbed I suppose.

I love they used recycling glass ♻️ as far back as 400 AD. 😊Makes perfectly sense, but I had never thought about it before.
