... you know, this fits surprisingly well with what i've heard people say about how eva's explanation of certain mathematical concepts is.. lacking, to say the least

I revisit this video from time to time! I liked your message that engaging with a story can lead to stronger enrichment.

I don't know if you're up to date on how Project Eden's Garden got cancelled, but if you read up on it, I do recommend signing the petition on Faza (this goes for anyone stumbling upon this video and seeing my comment).

I thought on the structure of Eden's Garden's story. I think it's the first fangan I stumbled upon and it certainly caught my eye with the visuals. I was always eager to see any analysis over the next few years in regards to its story because I love dissecting plots and character moments. Of course, that won't come to pass anymore, but I'll always cherish video analysis like yours mocha!

Back to the video, I really liked how you broke down the story elements in this video. Around 23:39 is my favorite because there's an interesting trio with Damon, Eva and Wolfgang that you laid out well. Like, when viewed with your organization, there's a lot that can be said!

Not everything is perfect. You mentioned the inconsistences. Eva always felt rather muddled in terms of writing, not quite making her a bad character per se, just a very busy one. She still enjoys an immense popularity (ironically out of her in-universe reputation) and I like her too. There are many aspects that bothered me but I hoped it was simply the growing pains of writers. However, if one looks, they can see it - the story did not want to commit to making unlikable characters in a killing game. The same unifying factor of a Discord server also kept the team from ensuring the game's development as they focused on the events and other fun activities for the community, which Eden's Garden cultivated. The last blow was something out of everyone's control (of course, I mean the voice actors that does not include Faza, artists, game devs, etc) since it came from the leaders of the project.

I keep circling back to the what if of the writing being tighter and more concise in what it wanted to say. We'll never know, but I'm glad for your video's presence.

I look forward to any content you write in the future. Have a nice day!
