  I can knit and crochet. Make blankets, hats. Mittens, sweaters. My mom put knitting needles in my hand at a very early age!  I saved money making my children’s things. I am Scandinavian. Knitting / crocheting is in our blood.

  Hi Jen, that was a fabulous experience you had touring the handknitting association of Iceland store.  The ending portion of the episode made me very emotional.  For sure if I was to ever visit Iceland I would try my best to visit this shop.  The store manager was brilliant with being so forthcoming with all the knowledge 🙏🙏🙏 many thanks for a great episode.  Continue to enjoy the trip ❤️

  This is MAGICAL, Jen!!! I'm smitten with the kids' mittens....perhaps a Christmas project?? The way this shop works and its AMAZING inventory 😮!! The range of weights, designs, colours,sizes and styles and physical patterns!! and blankets! all so well organized!! Helga is  a font of knowledge! I love that she is so willing to share what she knows💛💛💛💛💛 Thank you so much for making this video,Jen! It's  like being there in person shopping and learning beside you!

  Jen, what an amazing experience!!! I went to Iceland before I was a knitter. I feel as if need to go back just to go to that store. So many beautiful sweaters, etc., and yarn!!!🧶 I can’t wait to see everything you brought home!!!
