Another piece of obscure Papa lore is Xandra and Xolo. Two customers who are canonically aliens from another dimension, and were adopted by some old lady. It's very random and never goes anywhere

Ya know, I find it kinda heartwarming that Roy went from exploited minimum wage worker to Papa's #2, really moving up in the world, someone should give him his own page on the villians wiki.

Papa Louie is a true Chaotic Neutral. One minute he's helping someone down on their luck work their way back up to a comfortable life, and the next he's abandoning his employees to fend for themselves.
