This is WITHOUT A DOUBT one of the best, most underrated channels on the platform. You cover amazing topics, in depth, and with wit.

You should cover the story about us marines finding “giants” in the mountains in the Middle East. Super fascinating

If you told me a year ago I would be addicted to watching videos with a guy and a fish talking about conspiracy theories and crazy stories, I wouldnt have believed it. Congrats on the subs, they are well deserved!

I love the balance you maintain in your stories. You almost never negate the possibilities outright, but you do point out holes and inconsistencies. You’re a great storytellers - and Hecklefish is, of course, delightful.

I’m a born again Christian and I absolutely love this channel. I don’t care what the naysayers say, AJ and his crew have to be some of the best people on YouTube bar none. I so look forward to each episode with much more excitement than for any other channel. And that’s not hyperbole. The Why Files is awesome, a National Treasure really. 🙏😎👍

Indiana Jones did Not say the Ark is a radio for talking to God: the French mercenary Belacque did

I will point out again how superior is the WRITING in these videos. It's concise, crisp, and well constructed thematically. I assume Hecklefish is not the writer, but whoever the writer is does a world-class job every time. Well-crafted writing has an incalculable effect on getting the message across, and the more effortless it sounds, the more work it takes to make it sound that way.

After I did much Biblical research in the early 2000s I discovered that the Ark of the Covenant was taken into the Mount of Olives by way of one of the streams that flowed out from the Mount into the Kidron Valley. This was done by King Hezekiah before he stopped up the flow of the streams to prohibit the Assyrians and Babylonians from securing the Ark and water for their armies. To this day the Kidron Valley has around thirty (30) feet of fill dirt which keeps the streams shut off. The only water that comes out of the Kidron Valley is the Gihon Spring. I believe that if a hole could be drilled from near the top of the Mount of Olives and a flexible bore-a-scope threaded down the hole the Ark of the Covenant would be seen.

This is the only channel that I feel that does the most research possible to get the facts of the topic that he is talking about and tries to remain neutral and gives you what he thinks about the story and doesn't try to get you to feel a certain way he leaves it up to you on

My favorite channel because of the loving care that goes into each episode. Great research, writing, narration, editing. No surprise you'renow at two million. Onward to three.

Since I discovered your channel about a week ago my sons and I have binged watched and loved every episode. Lots of likes, and all that jazz as well. For me it reminds me of watching "in search of" when I was a kid, but with rational logic added at the end which is greatly appreciated. No click bait here.

The one night stand joke is solid. Hecklefish deserves more love for that joke.
