  I work as a dispatch supervisor for a hvac company, and there&apos;s nothing that irritates me more than when they disrespect your time. Well, that and the entitlement from some people. I laughed when you said no time to go to the supply house. It&apos;s the story of my life. It&apos;s amazing how people think you can fit a warehouse full of parts in your van lol. &nbsp;Keep up the great work.

  Dealing with customers is the hardest part of running a business. &nbsp;Lots of different personalities to deal with and people are typically pretty frustrated when their AC or heat is torn up. &nbsp;I have noticed that people seem to be more agitated than ever before around me with the economy the way it is now. &nbsp;I have been hung up on in the middle of conversations with people when they hear I can&apos;t make it to them right then and there or if they don&apos;t like my price to show up they just hang up. &nbsp;Never been price shopped so much and never been treated like trash so much. &nbsp;It has been an interesting year for me. &nbsp;I would still rather work for myself than someone else though. &nbsp;Thanks for the video and stay safe out there.

  It never fails, some folks think all you need is a few minutes and all the parts that will be needed are in the service vehicle. I have to agree, when people confirm a time, they need to be within 5 minutes late or anytime early. These trucks don&apos;t run on cheese you know ! Especially when its a lease the people need to be dependable. Apparently water there is expensive, no one has green lawns. &nbsp;I&apos;d get her a new thermostat too mainly because that could be justified with the board as well as her push button concerns. <br>I agree with the idea of taking care of your management companies on some of the little things, they have a big foot print of properties and can keep WW HVAC busy when other sources might be slow. Not only that, the more you do for them and the longer, the more familiar you are with the properties and way less &quot;Chuck in the pickup truck&quot; experiences.

  This is why i went to commercial refrigeration.. cant stand dealing with homeowners or property management.. not to mention attics and crawl spaces.

  Most delivery companies give you a 12 hour delivery window and the day before they will give you a 4 hour delivery window. So you giving them a window is not out of the ordinary. You go.

  Just another example of somebody thinking, their time is more valuable than yours. I would’ve already left.
