  I had no idea I’d have to go to YouTube college and the google library to have a reasonable knowledge of radar detectors and laser jammers. I appreciate your class professor!

  Around me, most of the state agency’s rear antennas are 34.6xx and front antennas are 34.7xx. &nbsp;Though that’s not 100% of time, it has been extremely helpful spotting the bogey and deciding which direction is being monitored. It’s also helpful at night in helping me know the moment I’ve passed the bogey, and if the new strongest signal is likely from the same vehicle or a different one. <br><br>Somewhere around 33.758 are satellite dishes. Since I don’t have a lot of that around me, it’s helpful in identifying likely falses. <br><br>We have a legitimate 34.802 antenna in the neighborhood, but 34.812 comes up once in a while. Before this video, I was blaming leaky detectors, but I may now start scanning for Teslas. <br><br>Stalker is so prevalent around me that if another frequency pops up, I pretty much know which outlying agency to look for depending on where I’m at. &nbsp;It’s pretty helpful. <br><br>An agency near me has a fairly active officer with K Band. When I see that gun’s particular frequency, I know it won’t be long until I spot who a couple of us lovingly named, K-Band Karen. &nbsp;Separating that frequency from the falses is essential in that jurisdiction.

  This is an excellent video! Should be tagged in every instruction sheet when you buy a new one! This and they different bands. I&apos;ll be back up in Washington State from California in June. I can tell you Washington has more difference(s) than any other west coast state. &nbsp;Red light cameras, to all your different bands that you use it takes a good detector to &quot;see&quot; it all. My DS1 is incredible. Last time I left Seattle for California at 3:00 a.m. . Your state patrol sits in the dark in the middle of the freeway, or backed up into the bushes using radar in with their cars blacked out. Sneaky. My DS1 knocks him down every time. Oregon just a little bit less than Washington as far as what they use, or what to watch for. Ironically the CHP in California KA ban<br>and that&apos;s it. Again a great video! Thanks.

  Excellent video, extremely useful to know the specifics about the different bands. As an amateur radio operator I feel I had a little more insight to how the frequencies work, but everything explained was definitely simple and well thought out. Thanks :]

  I drive a Mazda CX-5, so i always run with frequencies on. Pro tip, if you have a mazda CX-5 and you are looking at the uniden r7 or the escort max 360, get the uniden. I have both, escort falses extremely often to the BSM as well as limited, but present Ka falses

  Wow! &nbsp;Thank you sooo much for these insights. &nbsp; I I feel like that. I have a more in-depth knowledge and ability to use the equipment. Instead of just passively, waiting for some kind of panic signal coming out of the machine having more in-depth the sermon of what’s going on thank you so much for this it has been very, very helpful.

  Great video! &nbsp;After changing the settings in my R7 to your recommended settings list, which includes the band filters, my R7 has been so much quieter. Thanks for all the great info.

  Yea i been using the frequency feature I have notes on my phone explaining what I captured during a certain number. Once i see that certain number pop up down the line, I’ll know exactly what it is. Door opener, speed camera, blind spots, real K band police gun, etc. depending on the number. 😅
