  for anyone interested, the reason orwell[9] is used is because it’s simply what you get when you stack 9 subminor thirds on a root note. it’s a subdivision of orwell[5] in the same way that major is a subdivision of major pentatonic, which you could call diatonic[7] and diatonic[5] (or meantone[7] and meantone[5]) respectively with the same naming scheme

  Hear me out levi, there&apos;s a manga called BLAME! it lacks texts and tells the story with visuals, I wonder if you can make music for it in 31 edo. also getting to know what you think about it after a couple of reads.
