  Thank you for this clear and concise comparison to leadership styles - I think it will help my husband and I have a clear understanding of how we are raising our kids. They are teenagers now and I often see us doing the "good cop/bad cop" routine - but after watching your video it now makes more sense that I am naturally more transformational and this is how I was raised, and my husband is more rigid and this is how he was raised. This is soooo very helpful, thank you!

  Excellent explanation with the Maslow Hierarchy about these two leadership styles when I was studying for my PMI certification it wasn’t  clear as is today
