  You forgot &apos;leading with fear&apos;. &nbsp;I&apos;ve had a few bosses like that. &nbsp;They would fire everyone, turnover was over 100% each year, some positions would turn over several times. &nbsp;Their &apos;why&apos; was that a high turnover would keep costs down, no one got a raise, even if you were there for years, the plan was to have an extremely high turnover. &nbsp;I was there for eight years, I think I trained the entire city in my area, as soon as I would train someone they would be gone. &nbsp;But salaries looked great in the budget. &nbsp;I met and worked with a lot of different people too. &nbsp;The boss would travel the country, and &nbsp;when he came to town he would fire a bunch of people, he thought that was his job. &nbsp;He lead like a drill sergeant LOL. &nbsp;Some say that&apos;s a toxic environment but it was supposed to be, he was all about the money.
