I’m a practitioner and see hundreds of elderly people per week. I always ask the folks in their 90’s/100’s what their diet is/was, and I noted they are all skipping breakfast! The vast majority still eat lard and fatty meats too! My conclusion is that intermittent fasting is probably the key to longevity.

My grandmother is 101 years old this year. She has rheumatism, but she has never taken any medication and has rarely ever seen a doctor, apart from things like a broken knee or going to the dentist.

She has always eaten just two meals a day: a very large breakfast around 10 a.m. and a very large lunch around 3 p.m. For breakfast, she usually has bread with cow’s milk, or sandwiches with meat and butter. Lunch is usually soup — often dill pickle soup, chicken broth, vegetable soup or cabbage soup — followed by a traditional meal of potatoes, vegetables and meat.

After that, she doesn’t eat anything until around 10 a.m. the next morning, so she naturally fasts for about 18–19 hours every day. She has been doing this for as long as I can remember. Maybe the fasting is actually more important than exactly what she eats.

She has never smoked, and when she was young, she grew up in the countryside and did a lot of physical work, especially in the garden, growing her own vegetables. Her diet has never been particularly “healthy” by today’s standards — she eats quite a lot of fatty foods and drinks very little water, maybe only two glasses a day.

So I don’t think there is one simple explanation, but I find her lifestyle really interesting. Maybe genetics, daily physical activity, her natural fasting pattern, and the fact that she grew up eating mostly home-grown food all played a role.

I started Jessie's progam a full year ago. At that time I was passing out 5-6 times a day from glucose spikes, 0 energy. I had stage 4 kidney failure. Now I have 0 spikes and am healing my kidneys. No back pain no swollen feet no dark urine ! My energy feels like when I was 20-30 years old. I sprint, not jog, but sprint 200 yards every third day. I am a 72 yr old woman.
Thank YOU Jessie for saving my life.

Thank you Queen for sharing such wonderful information.
Let me summarize the video content:
10 Blood Sugar Management Hacks:
1 Savory Breakfast: Start the day with a protein-rich breakfast (e.g., eggs, meat, tofu) to maintain stable blood sugar levels.
2 Vinegar Before Meals: Drink 1 tablespoon of vinegar diluted in water before main meals to reduce blood sugar spikes.
3 Vegetables First: Begin meals with veggies to slow sugar absorption.
4 Move After Eating: Engage in light physical activity (e.g., walking) for 10 minutes post-meal to lower blood sugar.
5 Eat in the Right Order: Consume meals in this sequence: veggies first, then proteins/fats, and finally carbs/sugars.
6 Clothe Your Carbs: Pair carbs with protein or fat (e.g., bread with avocado) to slow sugar release.
7 Savory Snacks: Opt for non-sweet snacks like nuts or cheese to prevent sugar spikes.
8 Sweets as Dessert: Enjoy sweets after a meal instead of on an empty stomach to minimize blood sugar impact.
9 Whole Fruit Only: Avoid juices or dried fruits; eat whole fruits to retain fiber's protective benefits.
10 Use the Hacks Regularly: Incorporate these tips into daily routines for lasting health improvements.

Blood sugar has significant health impacts: Frequent spikes cause fatigue, inflammation, accelerated aging, and chronic conditions like diabetes, PCOS, and depression.
Small changes, big results: By following these hacks, you can control blood sugar, reduce cravings, boost energy, and improve long-term health.
These simple adjustments make a noticeable difference without requiring you to give up your favorite food

I had depression and anxiety from age 13 to 45 when I went on an elimination diet for chronic gut health issues and excluded all sugar for 4 months , and I never had depression again. Because I stopped almost all sugar and processed foods after seeing its connection to my mental health. That was 8 years ago.

I gave up coffee 5 weeks ago. I remember being a child and drinking "coffee refresh" , a summer drink with lemon juice, sugar and coffee... So ive been a coffee drinker for ever. But through the years i developed a cardiac arritmia that gets worse with coffee ( and chocolate). And so i decided to stop it ( both) and although i like its smell , i really dont miss it at all because my health improved a lot!!!

I am 77 years old and started your hacks 6 months ago. I just had a blood labs…glucose went from110 to 98, kidney filtration rate went from 52 to 58. I also lost 28 lbs without “dieting” and feel so much better. The doctors say that it is unusual for someone my age to have these changes. Thank you much!

My great grandma just turned 101. Every time we talk she says the same things: Don't drink soda, avoid alcohol, and eat pickles with every meal. She swims laps and walks everywhere. She's basically figured out these hacks since the 50s.
