  1. Do Istikhara<br><br>2. Make Tahajjud a daily habit and ask Allah (swt) to give you a righteous husband<br><br>3. Involve your Wali from the VERY beginning! No chitty-chatty back and forth. Zero, zilch, nada. This is how the charlatans and rogues try to play with your heart. It’s the Halal Way or the Highway<br><br>4. If his intentions are honourable and he’s not a coward, he won’t have a problem with no. 3<br><br>5. Get him to meet your Father several times — alone. You’d be surprised how much of a man’s nature will come out in small talk<br><br>6. Don’t underestimate how good a Father is at the ‘due diligence’. Our BS Barometers are pretty good<br><br>7. Spend time with his family. The home environment he grew up in is important to observe. It’s either shaped his personality in a negative or a positive way.<br><br>Source: I’m a Father.

  If Allah hasn&apos;t granted you marriage yet, it may be because you&apos;re not ready for that responsibility. That&apos;s what I learned from this video today. May Allah make me a better person.

  I&apos;m a guy, and this video genuinely shifted my perspective about myself and the way I view others. One point that deeply resonated with me was when you said that just because a man is righteous in one area, it doesn&apos;t mean we should overlook other important aspects of his character. That is so true.<br><br>To build on that, I’d urge everyone to carefully observe how a potential partner treats their family, neighbors, fellow Muslims, and even people of other faiths. No one is perfect—we shouldn&apos;t seek perfection, but rather look for someone who has the humility to reflect, recognize their flaws, and strive to grow.<br><br>And most importantly, remember this: you&apos;re a spouse, not the guardian of their morality. If something about a person&apos;s character truly alarms you, don’t ignore it just because they have other appealing qualities. People can change, yes—but changing a deeply rooted character trait isn’t easy. Choose wisely.<br><br>May Allah guide us to partners who bring peace to our hearts, growth to our character, and barakah to our lives. Ameen.
