In fact, Jimin was the last member to join the group, not V. V was an unannounced member and was the last to be officially announced. Another point mentioned in the video is also true: all K-pop groups adhere to a specific weight and don't eat much. This was a well-known policy among most K-pop groups.

BTS was the first K-pop group to create behind-the-scenes content in the way they do, and many groups were inspired by them; this particularly helped smaller groups that don't have many opportunities to promote their work.

1:11:06 Jimin still does that same one-leg flip, and he recently did it again during the ARIRANG tour. It was literally crazy! Even Jungkook did a flip too! 😭🔥

Remember all those logs were on their website. V was a hidden member so they didn’t post him till debut. Jimin was the last member with the shortest training period.

Some of this is meant to show that BTS’s label was a bit better than the other labels. Remember they are stating Korean age here. JK was 13, Jimin and V were 16 etc. ty

By the way, when they said their ages, it's the Korean age so you have to deduct 2 years.

To truly appreciate this journey, keep in mind that BTS completely broke the traditional, manufactured K-pop mold. While standard companies enforce strict control, weighing their idols and restricting their lives, BTS's agency gave them the freedom to eat, live, and express themselves naturally. Instead of performing corporate-made songs, the members won their global success by writing their own deeply personal music about real-world struggles. They started from a broke agency, faced heavy media bias, and built an organic bond with fans through raw vulnerability. Pay attention to how this authentic storytelling and freedom turned them from complete underdogs into a global phenomenon.
