  um cps would not take that baby based on rumors and a fight that happened decades ago. and how did that nutcase pass a home inspection. and was the son not named Leonardo anyway? if the student admitted that she lied why would it still be on the fathers record?

  I would have sued for close to million dollars. I would have sued for severe defamation, interference with work, the additional legal fees from her filing a bunch of fake cases, extreme intentional infliction of emotional distress, and anything else the lawyer can go after her for.

  CPS wouldn't just take a newborn infant. If anything, they would ask for the grandfather to leave the house. After all the evidence of Casey's behavior that came out, she gets visitation rights? This story is full of so many holes.

  BS story. No way you could just burst into a labor and delivery room. And even if you were able to get in the staff would have had security escort them out. And the &quot;paperwork&quot; the aunt changed wouldn&apos;t happen until after the child is born. There is a member of staff that specifically comes to the parents and goes through it all after the baby is born. <br><br>CPS may be slow, but not this slow especially if you are cleared by the agency. CPS&apos;s ultimate goal is to reunite the child with the family. And even if the child is in foster care parents can still have supervised visits. And the former foster parent would not be granted any visitation rights regardless if a blood relative. (Which is another plot hole since the biological parents didn&apos;t get visits but a former foster parent was granted them?) And many states the authorities would press charges against the aunt for filing a false report (and nothing like a court recording as evidence). So either they were just really trashy parents or this is a bad story.

  Fuck I am so sick of AI stories that clearly make no sense whatsoever and could never legally happen irl. These channels literally do this shit to create engagement from people commenting on how stupid it is and pointing out all the egregious plot holes (yes I’m aware that this comment itself is doing exactly that) but when it’s this fkn ridiculous and obvious, I recommend ppl just give the video a 👎and don’t subscribe unless and until they change this annoying bullshit

  Doesn’t make sense, the sister redecorated the baby’s room because she didn’t like how the op decorated it….. why would the OP decorate her baby’s room in her sister’s house? &nbsp;There’s also the mother complaining that the sister was insisting that she call the baby Leonardo, when that was the name the Op chose. &nbsp;These AI stories are ridiculous
